At Honour, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase upon receipt. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
The following exclusions apply to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for health and hygiene reasons:
- Sex Toys and Bondage Equipment
- Hosiery which is no longer in its sealed, unopened, packaging.
- Men or women's "bottom half" underwear, including briefs, boxers, g-strings, thongs, etc. (Bras can be returned under our Guarantee.)
- Oral Capsules & Supplements
- Lubes & Oils
- Latex items which have been shined with a latex shine serum or tried on with a dressing aid. Please use talcum powder until you are sure you do not wish to return latex items.
To return an item, you must complete our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) procedure. We cannot accept any unsolicited returns so please ensure your RMA number is clearly written on your invoice, or print and include the RMA Packing Slip with your return parcel.
To register your return via our RMA system, you must log in and follow the instructions in the My Returns section of your account. If you checked out as a guest and do not have a VHP account, please click here and follow the instructions for a guest checkout RMA. Within the RMA system you can let us know why you are returning your items, whether you would like a refund or store credit, and check the status of your return as it progresses through our system.
Once you have requested your return, your request will be approved by our returns team, who will send you an email with instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please note that we are currently in the process of implementing free returns labels for Mainland UK orders; you can contact our Customer Services team who will provide one for you. If you post your item to us via a different method or are shipping to us from outside of Mainland UK, we strongly recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for any losses or damage in transit.
If you have received any promotional items with your order, please ensure these are returned to us with your items. This includes any BOGOF, 3 for 2, and free gifts included with your purchase. If these are not returned, the full retail price of these items may be deducted from your refund.
Any items missing from a returned Mystery Box will be deducted from any monies at the full retail value of the missing item.
You will receive a refund or credit note for your returned items once our returns team have received and processed the items back at our HQ. This can take up to 7 working days during busy periods. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used when placing the order. Depending on the method of payment, your returned funds can take up to 5 days to appear back in your account.
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please fill out a returns request, including as much information as possible about the fault you have discovered so we can thoroughly investigate the issue for you. As part of this process we may ask for a photo of the fault or damage so we can assess the best course of action. We may offer a repair or exchange for your faulty item(s), refunds for faulty items will be given at our discretion.
We may require you to return your faulty item to us for inspection. Once we have confirmed a fault with your purchase, we will be able to refund your returns postage up to the cost of £7.50.
Please note that we do not cover damage or faults caused by neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. However, if you do damage one of your items, we may be able to repair it for you or suggest a solution, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services team.
