If you would like to return an item to us please follow these simple steps.

Once our returns team has approved your return you will be sent an email with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refund

Once we have received the item back to our warehouse we will process your exchange or refund.

At Honour we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if wish to return an item you can do so with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the following exclusions apply for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Sex Toys that are not longer in the packaging.
  • Hosiery.
  • Underwear.
  • Wigs.
  • Oral capsules & Supplements.
  • Lubes & Oils.

We cannot accept Latex items back under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if a liquid dressing aid or shine has been used. Please ensure that when trying on Latex items only talcum powder is used.

We cannot accept any unsolicited returns. All requests for a return must be made through our online RMA form which can be found within your account area or by following this link.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note all items are checked before leaving/returning our warehouse. If this is not the case the items will be returned to you.

Please ensure the Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is clearly displayed on the returns label. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.

The cost of the return is yours and goods remain your property until they have reached our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked method of postage as we cannot be held liable for any loses or damage in transit.

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly on your invoice and enclose it with your return. Please note, exchange items are subject to availability and if unavailable will be refunded.

Exchanged items are subject to our standard returns policy.

The exchanged item will be sent back to you on our standard delivery service which can take up to seven days from dispatch. If you require a faster exchange we recommend returning the item for a refund and re-ordering.

Refunds will be processed back onto the same method of payment originally used and within ten days of receiving the return. Depending on the method of payment/Bank funds can take up to five days to appear back in your account.

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR) or the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We cannot accept any unsolicited returns. All requests for a return must be made through our online RMA form which can be found within your account area or by following this link.

Please note that we do not cover Damage or Faults caused by neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

As part of the returns process we may ask for a photo of the Fault or Damage so we can asses the best course of action.

We reserve the right to offer a repair or exchange for Faulty or Damaged items and a refund will only be offered at our discretion.

Any exchanged or repaired items will be sent back to you on our standard delivery service which can take up to seven days from dispatch.

Any refunds will be processed back onto the same method of payment originally used and within ten days of receiving the return. Depending on the method of payment/Bank funds can take up to five days to appear back in your account.
