Fits snugly and it looks good on. Like the little skull thingy its dead rock n roll. Dunno if i'd be brave enough to wear with a PVC mini but it looks fine with jeans and with my regular cotton skirts. When it gets warmer will consider wearing it more often as a top. Nice soft PVC not the rigid stuff thats uncomfortable against the skin
