From Sportsheets, this high quality Neck and Wrist Restraint features multiple D-ring attachments for a multitude of restraint options. Included are a pair of strong neoprene cuffs that adjust to fit most sizes. The restraint is made from heavy duty webbing and measures 20 inches in length with an adjustable collar that adjusts from 12 inches to just under 20 inches via the Velcro fastening. The cuffs attach via the clip to any of the 9 D-rings positioned around the restraint.
