I have now had the pleasure of frequenting both shops and albeit they are both very different to each other the service was impeccable. All staff members in both branches couldn't possibly be any friendlier or do enough to ensure a comfortable shopping experience. The only downside to any of my vast shopping excursions is that I am always so drawn to all clothing and accessories, I tend to spend ridiculous sums of money because the products are so fabulous. Many thanks for such an incredible shopping experience every time.

I had the pleasure on Wednesday 13th July, to discover your Waterloo shop.
It was a delight to be welcomed by two lovely Lady's. I bought the Latex Rubber Cheerleader Skirt, for my girlfriend and black bondage tape. I was very impressed with what you had in the shop, at great prices and the service I received.Then I went to Soho to see what else I could find.... nothing worth buying.
So then I came back to your Waterloo shop and was again very warmly welcome'd by the two lovely ladies again. I'm a novice in the world of fetish, so it was great to get the solid help and advice from the ladies, on the other items I then bought, the Willie Whip, and Moulded Rubber Hood with Pump Up Gag.

Hi There, My names Martin and recently ordered a couple of items after discovering your site by chance. I've been ripped off for so long buying items of poor qaulity,your gear is well priced and plenty of choice at hand. I'm a photographer with a keen interest in Fetish,Alt and moving towards Bondage now i can tie a knot. I used your elegance fire wig and latex stockings for a final project at Uni,i used a technique called painting with light,moving around the models with various torches in the pitch black. The results were amazing and i was awarded an A for my work,i'd like to send you some shots of the shoot, as a thanks for the unusual wig that made the whole thing stand out and looked beautiful in the shots. I hope you like them,i had a blast shooting them and now i'm looking to specalise in the technique i used.

Dear Honour, I'm just emailing to say how impressed my wife Louisa and I are with your Waterloo shop! We visited there on Saturday, finally getting our act together to sort out our fetish gear for later on this year (so we won't be rushing about at the last minute). We did the grand tour (as it were) of various London fetish stores (House of Harlot, Liberation, etc.) and found just what we were looking for at our first stop (we arrived at opening time on Saturday as it was nearer to us being South of London). Lou got to see me in rubber for the first time (as I mentioned in my previous email, I've not had any rubber clothing for the best part of ten years), when I tried on the Skin Two catsuit (which was impressive and fit well) and was more than taken to try it herself. Had we have had time later on that day, we'd have gone back and bought a few things (Lou's rather impressed in particular with the Ballerina Dress), however we didn't get the chance due to lack of time. We've learned one lesson, buy what you want when you're in the shop (we had a couple of red herrings on our trip, so wasted time on public transport, sadly)! We'll be ordering some smaller items on the website in due course and will be making a return visit towards the end of October (what with holidays, budget, etc. it's best to get everything in place first :-) also, Lou plans on losing a bit more weight her opinion - before buying anything in rubber). Out of everywhere we visited, we found Honour had the best vibe about it. It was certainly one of highlights of our day.

It is my pleasure to be able to confirm that the corset has arrived. For it's price the quality is amazing. You could probably spend twice the money and have something that isn't half as well made.

Soon after hearing from them, I placed an "Order" via FAX and last week the "Order" came in. Really like the layout, navigation is easy. My only criticism-Some of the products have alternate views & an 'also shown' section, some don't. Most seem to be missing a rear view. The website is amazing and very well designed. The only thing I would improve upon is perhaps making a wishlist for customers, unless I've missed this option??

I like the new site but think that you use the product codes too much - they may be useful if you know what you are looking for but they're not memorable! Also, I really think that a 'wish list' should be available. Eg: Add to cart / Add to wish list. Taking this idea a stage further, people could set up wish lists what other people could see (such as ideas for presents).

The site is well set up and easy to use, the only comment I have is that some of the sub categories could be included in the index as the sub-divisions are a little confusing and to look for the items I am ordering took some time

I have recently discovered Honour, and I think it is a fab site. It is easy to shop and the wish list facility is really useful. Also, the goods I have recieved so far are excellent, and exactly what I expected. However, I have spent over £90 in the last few days and I have received no discount voucher for my next purchase. Most other websites offer discounts of up to 20% after placing orders for much lower value. Maybe you could consider doing something similar?

Hey!Great site but its missing a few bits... *Add more pictures (different angles) of the products.From my experience, the back of an item of clothing can be very unattractive and i usually end up sending stuff back. Or at least describe the product in detail. *Get rid of the 'Honour' logo which is printed across all the pictures. Its a little distracting! *The stockings... Which ones are hold ups? I was a little confused about that! It wasnt made very clear... *Get some nice platform shoes and boots! Apart from that, everything is all good! I've ordered my bits and pieces and now i'm going to sit by the letterbox every morning waiting for them to arrive! Thanks!

I think the design is better, made a great impact on my thoughts, It has that style in colour and design for the kind of business honour is, which very good. also I have noticed the layout differences on every item are better i.e.access to extra pics. I can see this is forcal point because at the end of day you need to sell your self (your products) to the public

The site looks more professional, something which I think is very important to a customer in terms of first impression. One thing I always thought would look good on this site are high level categories down the side which feed into lower level ones. You sort of have that but I still think there are too many categories. Perhaps some java or flash based hierachies would be better? I do generally find it easy to find what I am looking for but I think it could be even easier with a more intuitive menu system!

I love the new site, looks much more up to date! Very swanky indeed! An idea that might be nice is that the big main picture that we see on the front page changes, whether it's different when you refresh the page, or a slideshow effect where it changes every 5/7 secs. That way you get to show off even more of your stock. Say have one of pvc, one rubber, plastic, leather, bondage or corsets fr example! I liked the old site but the new one is certainly an improvement! I think the main thing about a good site is not to get over-complicated and have a nice clear and concise way of navigating around without having to keep pressing 'back' all the time. The new site has just this and is one of the easiest to navigate around, well done!

Good site. I had noticed previously that some pictures were poor quality like they were much smaller thumbnails that had been blown up too much, made it difficult to see the product properly. Also on plus sizes, there's not many illustrations of the product actually on a plus size model. Given larger ladies cam be a bit sensitive consideration should be given to showing plus sizes on models.

It is a fast site and allows for follow on for multiple items. Although you allow for the currency conversion, you should have both GBP and the other currency shown in the pricing areas.

Web redesign is an improvement over the previous version. The layout is clear, navigation back and forth is good, and the important bits load quickly over my ancient 56k modem. Well done.

website is looking good and can easily navagate through the website. it is clear how to jump to sections and search for products. maybe the departments list can be made a bit smaller with sub categories under certain links

Sympathetic re-design, very cleverly made. The site has a fresher and more up-to-date look whilst still preserving the Honour corporate image. It is still instantly recognisable, which is a very important factor in preserving Honour's reputation. What's probably best is that the basic (grid) design and navigation structure have not changed which ensures that existing customers won't get lost when visiting the new site. Great job - no doubt, a lot of thought and planning went into this task.

I`m very impressed with the changes so far to your web site. If Just browing through the site it`s very easy to navigate. The store departments feature down the side of the site,makes it very easy to find a specific item which you may be looking for. One suggestion i would maybe say is to add a further catogory to the clothing sections. As well as famale and male clothing,why not have an area for items that can be worn by both sexes?

Looks good. Everything reasonably easy to find. I like being able to display "All" items rather than just a few. High speed internet makes this much easier and saves me paging through. More menswear, particularly PVC bodysuits / catsuits please!

Its looking fantastic. Good POS for all categories and the majority of the layout is easy and understandable. perhaps a little detail could be given to a more inspiring background. A subtle colour would give the page a new life and give a lot more of a romantic/sexy look e.g. reds, or a more chilled look or dark with blues, blacks and pearlescent. otherwise guys love this place

No suggestions really, I love the new style model photo's they really show of the garments well, with plenty of shots of each garment at all angles, The biggest problem with purchasing online is how the goods really look when they arrive, The models look really great without resembling something from a top shelf magazine rack, you also seem to have a great range across the board in style materials and sizes, your easily the number one store on the web and we will continue to carry on using you since your delivery and prices are perfect, 10/10 regards

The new web site looks greatand is easy to navigate, if I had to make any critisim though, it would be that surely the whole of the item thumbnail (on each catalogue page) should be clickable, instead of just the picture and the "view" button. Apart from that the site is great, we just wish that you had PVC versions of all the rubber items, we like a lot of the rubber stuff yoou sell, but just don't like rubber, if you did them in PVC we'd be more likely to buy them, and some of the collars on the PVC items are just way to high, great if you've got a long neck but most people that we know have only got short necks, and the high collars don't look right as they bend and rub under the chin.

I find the new website both more dynamic and comprehensive. The home page is more immediate;its new pictures bring you closer to the excitement of what it is like to feel and wear erotic clothing. I think the new web site looks good and is quick and easy to work your way around. And I'm not saying that just to win the vouchers. I would suggest a "my profile link" however as after placing orders in the past I sometimes get mailings from yourselves, and I would prefer to block these in my account rather than having to check or uncheck boxes when placing orders to avoid receiving mail shots. Web site is great but could do with more bodytights and more fabric dresses.

Well done. I think the site looks really good, its well layout and much easier to navigate. I particularly like the £ and ABC tabs. I personally would like to see more uniforms for the men especially military, firemen etc and I think the trousers you do offer should be more flared/bootleg style and yet still tight around the important areas!!

Hi I think the 2 main things one considers when purchasing online are 1 does it look like what i want 2 will it fit These 2 items are often not clear when buying online and often lead to disappointment. For 1 I would suggest more views of the products. I see some of the newer range have more views but older products don't. I have been known to buy a dress that I don't even know what the back is like for example. For 2 I would suggest some more measurements, like the length of the zippers, the dimensions of the clothes laid out flat etc. anther continual problem is the cup size for breasts in dresses etc. More accurate sizing and a wider range would be wonderful. Maybe you could add some short video clips to spice up your message. I would also personally like to see more variety in the shoes and boots department..I think your pages are clear and easily usable although maybe a bit unexciting.

Great new site guys and girls. Nice to see a clean face on an old favourite. THe new navigation tools are a great idea and lok very sleek. Have to say in terms of suggestions, perhaps a change of themes and looks the further into the site you go would be really great. The restraints and bondage gear could lead to darker pages with suitable changes in colours, background (a nice rubber sheet look for example), whilst the more fashion end of the line could add a little touch of glamour here and there. anyway. thats my first impression. great site for a great company. keep up the good work.

The new web site that you have looks very nice and is very easy to navigate as well! It looks to be very organized and the pictures are displaying the items well, although I think that they could be made a bit larger as to be able to check the details of the different items! :) It is good for us guys as well that you have a "department" for us! ;) I would also like to thank you for excellent products and outstanding store staff in your London store! I like the fact that the range has expanded to include a wider range of sizes. I still think the leather range could improve however, its a same that leather is always left in dark next to latex and its about time it was regconised that folks want to wear nice and interestign leather clothes rather than just standard sex shop, besides that I think the new design is very slick and a step above most british adult mail order companies

I think the new site is fantastic, i thought the old was good to be honest but this is much better. It navigates very well and above all is a joy to look around. Some other fetisg clothing sites are not so much...well...fun ! The images are also very clear which is refreshing and agin makes the whole experience a pleasure. Keep up the good work and i look forward to my next purchase.

Overall a very nice site. Not to much crap you don't have any use for. On the other hand it doesn't look to bare. Very easy to maneuver. I personally always click the view all link - I think it's easyer to look at that way, and everybody has a relatively fast connection these days. A lot of items do show in several categories, which does confuse me a bit sometimes. Please stay away from flash - Sites like that irritate me immensely.

I think the new website is great, clearly shows whats on offer and more ranges to choose from excellent. I have to say my favourite section would have to be the rubber and pvc as thats what i like to wear lots of when going to the fetish clubs i attend. so keep up the good work and will be bying myself some new treats soon ;-)

Nice site - however, it would be good if it was possible to email details of products to my partner so that she can have a look without the hassle of having to log-in and find them. Some sort of brief product descriptor with the ability to click on a link for more detail and a picture.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the redesign of the website - and happy to see that some of my previous suggestions have been incorporated too. A further suggestion would be the inclusion of an 'add to wishlist' option. I visit the site fairly frequently to see what's new, but I'm not always in a position to purchase - so it would be nice to have a facility to add things to my wishlist so I don't forget about them. Of course, from your perspective, you then gain insight into which items people are particularly interested in, which can be useful data for sales and marketing purposes. For example, a customized and targetted discount sent to regular customers on items in their wishlist might prompt them to purchase said item.

How very pleasant it was to browse through your NEW web-site! I found it so very easy to follow and the search for items is much more logical! It is also "very punchy" and looks "alive" with all the many colourful pictures!It makes you want to purchase your favourite items!!?? I still have so much of it to see so I must go and continue my browsing!

I really like the website, but maybe instead of having blue links it would be better to go for a red or something that goes more with the colour scheme.

Hi! The site is now better. It looks fresh and clear. In the old site I sometimes had to stretch my nerves when the currency selection brought me back to the main page, now it works much better. But how about adding the currency to the user profile or as a cookie into browser? The currency thing is very important for us foreign customers, because the pound/euro rate is not very simple thus it is stable. The other thing is the Honour logo in the images. If it is added as 3D effect, not with red colour, it might disturb less and does not affect the colours of the products. And it is as easy to add to the images as the 2D colour logo (if you use Photoshop macros to do that...). Ok, I'd like bigger images, too, to see details better, but it will generate much more traffic to the lines. Maybe more smaller detail images will make the job. I hope you understood my english... I love the new look site as the colours are pleasing on the eye and easy to read and navigate.I run an adult website myself and have often purchased items from you.If there is one thing I would love to add is when ordering an item that it specifies whether it is available for immediate depatch as sometimes I need things in a hurry, i think this would be a great bonus.Or an online stock shhet of what you do have ready for despatch immeditaely.
