Can I return an item?

All of our items come with a 14-day money back guarantee and can be returned in their original condition and packaging. This excludes, however, goods of an intimate nature which includes sex toys and hosiery among other things. Full details are available here.

Have you received my return?

We recommend that returned items are tracked and proof of postage is retained. It can take 48 hours to contact you after receiving a return, if it has been longer than 48 hours, please email with your tracking number and we will be able to help you.

Where is my order?

An email with tracking details is sent to the account email address as soon as your item is dispatched. Please check first with the tracking number / courier to see the status of your delivery. If there are any issues please contact our customer service team who can help.

n.b. delivery times are quoted in business days (mon - fri)

What will my delivery look like?

All parcels are discreetly packed (brown parcels or grey bags) and it is not possible to view their contents. Our company is not mentioned on the parcel, however Royal Mail require a return address which is listed as HNR along with our address.

How do I use the size charts?

We have a number of size charts in order to give the best details for the many types of clothing and materials that we have. Please view the size chart of the products page or you can view all our size charts here. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team who can help you with your query.

Do you offer express delivery?

We offer a number of delivery options including UK Next Day, UK 1PM, Saturday delivery & European Express. Please see our Delivery Page for more details.

What is the cutoff time for next day delivery?

Express orders placed before 14:30 UK time are guaranteed to be sent our that day.

Do you deliver abroad?

We deliver our products worldwide - please see our delivery page for details of countries, prices and delivery times.

What will show in my bank statement?

The transaction will appear under the name "Honour" on your statement.

Do you store my details?

When you set up an account we store your account details (address and order information) however we do not store any of your payment details. We have a strict privacy policy and do not share your details with anyone.

Can I leave a review?

You can leave a review for Honour via Trustpilot and also for individual products via our product pages. If you have opted into our newsletter we will send you quick links so that you can leave reviews if you want.
